yes , quite literal. God, Angels, Heaven, Hell, to me it's more a history book than anything else, and if you ever have a supernatural experience, you'll see as well.

Angels were the messengers in every bible story -- because they can travel between heaven and earth- their form can change.

on earth they can look like men.

according to Genesis 6 and book of Enoch, a bunch of the angels rebelled against God, and left heaven to fuck around with us down here and be worshipped.

now stop to think how many of the Hollywood and entertainment symbols have an angel in them, or something with wings... golden globes... emmys? Does it seem that they worship the angels - rather than the creator?
