They wouldn't build whole cities in areas they knew would eventually suffer from cataclysmic events, or manmade events they were planning, would they? And help things along with shoddy work here and there in the infrastructure? And have a rough schedule for when it would happen? Like, say, for example, the World Trade Center? Or, like, maybe, a war? And, say, they were behind schedule, and, say, something like a dam started falling apart before the big event? And when the big event happens, get their rocks off at all the suffering they were causing? And make a shit-ton of money rebuilding? They wouldn't do that, would they?
