the water is gong to flow through there.

it makes no sense to not store and use it in the LA river flood plane.

that work needs to happen.

just as the Everglades needs to be remade, so does the LA flood plain.

Not making fun of the problem, suggesting what will happen.

what will happen. They have to.

they need economic opportunity. think out side the box.

you store your wter as a bomb above your city. There are areas in LA that could be interconnected resevoir/waterways/fishfarms .

I'm not making fun of the problem. I've thought about for a long time.

The solution is obvious: restore the flood plain and fill in canals and keep them filled.

for ferries, gondollas, swiming, fishing, cooling.

or live in an urban hell.

all of that data collection 'for jobs' was used to profile by people who didn't even have jobs.

I used to get a call once a month from a guy who had no jobs. acted like he owned all the jobs. never gave me any leads.

finally I told him to stop calling.

He wouldn't.

I figure there was a 'resume bounty' every quarter. At the end of the quarter I'd get calles in broken english about jobs and 'now now now send resume now (or I say you have not brain)' quality rantings.

The way jobs are let out is broken. The HR mafias are rebillers, slavers in a sense.

the system of getting jobs is broken and compromises our security and privacy.

It desparately needs to be reformed.
