Q is great and all, but we can't let him also single-handedly redefine the normal use of the English language.
We even have jokes about this kind of bullshit:
"A logician tells his son he won't get ice cream if he doesn't eat his peas. The boy eats the peas. The logician still doesn't give him ice cream."
Q is a fellow countryman and is well aware of the normal use of American English.
