In my opinion, a girl under the legal age of consent turning up pregnant should automatically result in an FBI investigation. Either she names the father and it is confirmed via a DNA test to be one of her minor peers, or they begin DNA testing male relatives, teachers, and others who had access to her until they find the guilty party. This shit has to stop, it should not be possible to sweep it under the rug by saying "it was a boy at school."

We MAKE SURE of who the father is and if it's an adult, there is hell to pay.
