my guess is that this was targeted due to his vociferous views on how the system operates and as you have mentioned doing this by registering through his site and stating what, when and why you have been doing is a bad move.

His commentary has been spot on for many years. The system portrays him, along with others in this camp,as broken clockers-as to say it's right twice a day everyday.

Sometimes you can't secure the amounts you want in one place. Best to spread out purchases and locations. The big dealers are usually an ok place to buy. Drawback for sure but if you need it quickly it will be delivered to your door, insured and requiring a signature to release. This is the best option if you have time and do not want to deal with a local option. Sometimes that can be fickle-ala the personality of the owner. We all have our comfort level no matter what we do.

Do your own due diligence and you can't go wrong.

Saudi Arabia Widens Excise Tax to Sweetened Drinks, E-Cigarettes

Saudi Arabia will expand an excise tax charged on tobacco and soda to include electronic cigarettes and all drinks with added sugar as part of its efforts to boost non-oil revenue.

Sweetened drinks will be subject to a 50% levy, while e-cigarettes and their liquids will face a 100% tax, according to a document issued by the kingdom’s tax authority. The date of implementation hasn’t been determined yet.

The world’s largest crude exporter has introduced several new taxes and fees over the past few years as part of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s economic transformation plan, which calls for boosting non-oil revenue. Although crude still accounted for about two-thirds of the government’s earnings last year, non-oil revenue has been growing steadily. It jumped 46% in the first quarter compared with the same period last year, largely due to higher income from taxes on goods and services, including the excise levy.

The kingdom began imposing the excise tax in 2017, applying a 50% levy on soda and 100% on energy drinks and tobacco. Separately, the government introduced a 5% value-added tax in January 2018.

Over 200 stranded people rescued on Yakushima Island after heavy rain

KAGOSHIMA (Kyodo) – More than 200 people descended a mountain on Yakushima Island in southwestern Japan on Sunday with the help of rescuers after they were left stranded following heavy rain the previous day.

Torrential rain of around 120 millimeters per hour fell on the island late Saturday afternoon. Roads heading to the main attraction – a giant cedar tree – were flooded and blocked by landslides.

Hikers in more than 10 cars and buses were forced to spend the night in the vehicles and a mountain cabin. Some spent the night outdoors.

Due to the weather conditions, the rescue operation only commenced Sunday.

Several of the hikers complained of pains or feeling unwell and some were taken to hospital. None were in serious condition, according to local officials.

The island, known for its Jomon cedar tree and the 1,936-meter Mt. Miyanoura, has been designated as a world natural heritage site by the U.N. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Explosion hits tourist bus near Egypt's Giza pyramids: security sources

CAIRO (Reuters) - An explosion targeting a tourist bus injured at least 12 people near a new museum being built close to the Giza pyramids in Egypt on Sunday, two security sources said.

Most of those injured were foreign tourists, the sources said. One security source said they included South African nationals.

There were no reports of deaths. A witness, Mohamed el-Mandouh, told Reuters he heard a “very loud explosion” while sitting in traffic near the site of the blast.

Pictures posted on social media showed a bus with some of its windows blown out or shattered, and debris in the road next to a low wall with a hole in it.

In December, three Vietnamese tourists and an Egyptian guide were killed and at least 10 others injured when a roadside bomb hit their tour bus less than 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) from the Giza pyramids.

oil revs will be going down over time. Need something to replace that with-those will not cut it but its a start. American output has surpassed it already. Plus they have been lying about the reserves it has. They increase the reserve levels every year(or used to) to match what they take out of the ground. Plus the cut rate(seawater incursion) has risen steadily over the years. Been pumping massive amounts of seawater in to force it out.
