I didn't see much of anything behind the Prado Dam stuff. I guess a FF is possible, but sounds more like muh dam funds.
Prado is a sportsman's area emphasizing Firearms. When I was young it's where I learnt to shoot.
The 1984 Olympics Shooting sports were held there as well.
