I wouldn't live int he area, dam known to be unstable. Flooded very bad a few years ago. Lots of people sold houses and moved out of area. No one is surprised the place is going to shit, the dam is not properly taken care of, funded, fixed, ect. Some have come up with conspiracies, saying the dam would wash up a lot of gold in the area (gold rush territory) Clintons connected to gold mining. But that's just conspiracy talk.
