The hand appears to be that of an older person. The image is badly pixellated so it is impossible to judge what the original may have looked like without a higher resolution unaltered image. Without a better image anons cannot rule out age or injury or disease.

Maybe they fall for datefagging and expect an imminent boom. Whereas anons are comfy about booms and dates.
