Anatomicallly correct dolls. Did you just see pictures in passing, or did you actually read any of those ads? Are you familiar with dolls? Do you know anything about doll collecting?

Reborn dolls can also be created from a doll already made, with modifications like eyelashes and hair strands laid down one by one.
The challenge in either case is to make them look as real as possible.
If you're concerned about the site, report it to some authority. You don't have enough familiarity with researching, analyzing the bits and pieces you find, to be making assumptions. How would you feel if you owned one of these dolls and decided to post it to sell it? Then someone comes shrieking after you that you're selling a child.
