I'm not sure about that, I think its more like china has picked Joe to run against trump for 2020 to put the US back on their leash, and they probably are using the DNC to seal the deal and pay off super delegates to get what they want. I mean the other week joe was basically downplaying china as a threat to the US. Does anyone else need it anymore spelled out than that?
