I remember the day they closed down the big mental asylum in Oregon. The Oregon State Hospital. The same one where the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' was filmed. Didn't take long for them to end up on the streets up north in Portland, OR . If I remember correctly, I think they were even put on buses and bused up to be dropped off.
