You asked about Notepad/Notepad++. I generated those instructions and there's a reason I specified Notepad++. It's because you can do an infinite undo (control-z) with notepadd++ whereas with Notepad, it will only undo ONE step. I found that out when I accidentally deleted the Notables then did another keystroke, and boom–the Notables were gone, never to be restored. It was during a practice bake, tho, so no harm done. But during a live bake, would be…..interesting….especially if you hadn't posted before and had maybe 10 notables?

You didn't say the problem you had downloading Notepad++, so I don't know how to respond to that. Hope that info helps.
