Baker Notable

About Brennan's "private briefing" to Democrats in Congress:

Regardless of loss of security clearance, Brennan still has knowledge that is highly classified. Before Brennan says jack shit to anyone about intel concerning anything (much less a foreign adversary that we are currently confronting), shouldn't the following questions be asked:

  1. Will this "private briefing" be recorded and/or a transcript made?

  1. Has Brennan "pre-cleared" his briefing by providing a copy of his "intel" to current administration officials for an ok to provide the information?

  1. Regardless of being "pre-cleared", will a current intel official be present to make sure he provides the "pre-cleared" info and/or does not stray from it?

Pretty sure this dickhead signed an NDA. Someone either needs to brace his ass with the legal requirements of possessing classified information, or squash this shit like a bug.

Hey FoxNews/OANN/whoever else is out there, y'all listening?

Piece of advice back:

  1. Fuck self-notable, if it's important it's worth the ask. Baker decides. If you're the baker, make the call or don't. Coudn't give a fuck less.

  1. Opinions occasionally land in the Notables. See >>6541948

  1. What I am offering for Notables isn't strictly an opinion in any event. These are serious issues that should be considered.

  1. As for sauce, best I can do for you is https://fas.org/sgp/crs/secrecy/RS21900.pdf for a good summary of classified info protection laws. I know AS FACT (signed one myself) that people with classified info have to sign NDA's.

Fair enough?

And take your late night shit to the dumpster, Notables happen 24/7 round hear, bonehead.
