I suspect this is a 9/11 reference. The Deutsche Bank Building has one of the stranger 9/11 stories, and Deutsche Bank itself has been suspected of insider trading related to 9/11. Recent stories about Deutsche Bank flagging Trump accounts for money laundering are probably just another case of projection. They are probably trying to get ahead and muddy the waters before the truth comes out.
