Wow, are we really rehashing this? It was discussed hundreds of breads ago.
The only way we will untangle this one is to get our hands un the RAW footage, which no one has been able to do. It doesn't exist online.
One anon was physically going to go get it at a gov dept. There was a cost associated to it. I never heard anything of it. Any other anons remember? Did we hear back from him?
