reading that now, very interdasting stuff here too.

A lot of removals and sudden promotions during the midyear exam, McCabe, Priestap & Strzok.

FBI seemingly rolled over for Clintons lawyers requests making it hard to complete this investigation thoroughly.

Oh and Hilldawg had so many devices that also made investigating tough.

Yet Moffa claims it was all by the book… yeah right!

So much here & I've only read 60 pgs!

Here's my summary of Moffa pgs 1-60

(my personal opinions/questions are obvious)

Deputy Assistant Director Moffa #2 @ FBI for just over 1yr in 2018 states he's not an FBI agent, he's a career intelligence analyst.

Came straight from College to FBI during 1997 & became full time 2001

Moffa acknowledges he was with the bureau during 9/11 and how fbi switched focus from criminal cases to intel. He is SES.

Admits he began working the Midyear exam as assistant section Chief and was raised up in 2016 to Section Chief which was his entry level to SES.

Admits he is the "lead intelligence analyst" referred to in the IG report.

Midyear exam began in the counter espionage section where Moffa was assigned & asserts he was the right person, place/time.

Moffa asserts that MYE began under surpervision of Mark Giuliano but somewhere it switched to McCabe, at the same time Randall Coleman was replaced by Bill Priestep and Peter Strzok replaced Bob Jones.

Moffa's role in MYE became supervisor of the analytic team and brief higher ups.

Admits entire staff working on MYE was carefully hand picked by himself & his higher ups in the chain of command.

Assistant Director chose analyst from DC office.

As intel analyst up to him what leads to follow or questions to ask witnesses/suspects/experts.

Moffa admits they were only "allowed" to look at very specific files/areas of concern on devices presented as evidence.

Again admits they saw as many of the 33000 emails and accompanying documentation as they were "ALLOWED" to, in a round about way admitting they did NOT analyze ALL 33,000 emails.

"Doesn't recall" if they requested pertinent emails from DOD, CIA or White House regarding Hillary Clinton.

Moffa "believes" they acquired the 33,000 emails from the intel community IG as the State only had printed transcripts and Moffa wanted the digital info, where they found 1000's of emails not in the paper transcripts.

Acknowledges meeting with IG McCullough & Sandy Cable a few times.

The boundaries & constraints upon the investigation of devices were requested by Clinton lawyer & acquiesced to by FBI Said boundaries did hinder their evidence gathering abilities admits Moffa.

(Why didn't they just get a warrant to see everything if they had just cause?)

Moffa expounds on difficulties from Clintons use of a multitude of devices therefore just determining which devices, let alone obtaining them for review, contained pertinent info was a monumental task.

(acknowledges key devices were missing or unable to be obtained … meaning the ones they destroyed)

(why does this bitch need so many devices to begin with?)

Moffa claims he "cannot recall" if he found out for sure about Hillary's private server, but does recall information about her working with companies that do that work.

They discuss original mishandling of electronic communications and how that enables sensitive information "into the wild".

Then goes on to acknowledge a "filter team" who's rules are set by DOJ and who determines "confidentiality" of information to be analyzed.

OGC lawyers directed what could be looked at.

Speaks on how conservatively the lawyers behaved. (fear of looking bad my ass they were ensuring a parceling out of chosen information in order help Clinton cover her ass)

Moffa goes on to say he believes the investigation was dobe by the book, (bull shit!)

Admits investigation was designated as a "headquarter's special" as in run by HQ in DC.

A little background on MYE's original designation as an unknown subject

Moffa says NO after he's asked if he ever heard the original assistant director Randy Coleman or assistant deputy director Sandy Cable had ever expressed an intent to go after Hillary via this investigation.
