US and Canada signed on to this and are bound to uphold it. The courts attempt to hide it from us with their Legalese system.
Will blow your mind on what's been hidden and how they do it. Makes you angry at first but once you get into it you can see why some people should not pursue this as it requires a greater level of responsibility than most are willing/able to be.
