Ha! My company pays really well for unskilled labor and it is virtually impossible to find the workers we need. It's an actual crisis. Young white dudes are complete pussies and are literally worthless–won't do hard work for a good wage. Best workers I have are either middle-aged white and black guys or younger Mexican immigrants.
