This isn't really a free speech board, since there are some things that censored. The bar is just set very low compared to most boards. If there were no bar, this board would be unusable except by deviants and perverts. As it is, I'm sure the bar is too low for many. I'd like to see a higher bar myself. Content would be higher quality and less time would be wasted.

To those who object on the grounds of free speech, just compare with what POTUS is trying to do at the border. "Free speech" is equivalent to "open borders", but most of us understand that we want a higher bar on the borders, literally. Instead of some combination of poor, uneducated, diseased, criminal, parasitic freeloaders who can't speak English, don't we want the majority of immigrants to be able to assimilate and contribute? I don't see the difference.

There is always the possibility that moderators and board owners can be compromised, but it's quite straightforward to simply set up shop elsewhere. The essential thing is to be able to verify that Q is Q and that can be done easily with a digital signature.
