I've had similar experiences at my workplace; the millennials were fairly lazy and entitled. They had no awareness of subtlety in getting their points across - the arrogance cost them their jobs.
He just sounds weak when he talks like this. I can't stand it. I sure hope they know what they're doing because it just doesn't look good at all.
