how can you civilly hang someone
it's already all done and (((they))) in some form of custody already …else why would they stick around? They'd be fleeing the country if they werent already under some form of detention.
well dont know where that came from but agree. That said, the very act of hanging is not civil.

According to TMZ, Massaro died by hanging herself. She was found unconscious inside of her home early Thursday morning, the report said.
