Baking is interesting but not easy, very demanding on every level, especially during prime time. Not going to explain further, you'll find out if you bake. Or if you bake and really work to find, check and accurately describe every notable that's present. (Not possible but we try)

Tracked it down, you're at the helm baker-fren. Doing a little to support new baker, glad you're here, two breds in a row….and he tried to take the graveyard bred last night too, couldn't defeat the endless night tho…..6 hour bred, good golly miss molly…..maybe see you later got IRL tonight
I guess I was too dumb to realize took me longer than a coupla bakers.
Not cut and paste at all. Only for articles where anons include a title. With only a link, title must be looked up and typed out. Sometimes changed somewhat. Many times, there is barely any text, just photos; what to do then? Can't cut and past.
Lots of missing sauce; either baker asks for it or provides.
With ongoing diggs, anons often don't bother explaining much, baker must ask.
Best part is shills trying to sneak stuff in (old stuff, sorcha fell or other questionable sauce) hoping baker wil be too busy too notice or just not know. Then they come back and accuse baker of being stupid or putting bad stuff in on purpose (real anons give feedback in time to make changes).
Sometimes tech issues arise: app can freeze, captchas don't work, etc. New breads are really routine.
All this stuff makes the job pretty lively, interesting. But only a lazy baker just picks stuff he can cut and paste. Most bakers do all this stuff and more.

You can't just pick one part of the job and say "It's easy. " "Baking" includes a whole range of tasks, not just the copy pasta. And even that takes practice. Definitely do-able–and even fun once you've got past the basics–but not a trivial task. If it were so easy, we'd have lots of bakers, not just a dozen.

For easybakers, just whatcha need
Important to separate the person from the ideas. To do anything less is not logical. I'll cite any source that has good material, even if I don't like the person. And as for "stealing" ideas, they can't be put into a long article without a lot of effort on the part of the writer. Tired of hearing about paytriots every time I turn around. o7.
