No, China is NOT good at producing Chinese babies. They instituted the "one child" policy. Aborting or abandoning females to get a son became common enough that the gender ration in China is skewed. They are grabbing NK women, apparently, too. Uighurs and other religious minorities (those pesky traditional religious families!) will have more children, but China doesn't like people to believe in anything that might sway their government allegiance, I think. The US is bad off, but that is due to massive consumer and college debt plus the demonic Gardasil vaccine is sterilizing many young women. Get rid of debts and sue Merck into oblivion and I think the US would start building a healthy population again.
