I'm guessing that might be about Intel CPUs compromised with onboard back doors (my understanding is all CPUs are compromised similarly at this point), or better yet, it might be about Talpiot. If it's the latter, they're really worried about that getting wider attention, the videos are always compromised, no sound, vid cuts out, vid not available, the ability to do all that shows how high up the control goes.
