Okay before anybody starts up, am not a money or marketfag

Have a 401k which does alright so I leave it alone

Help me understand the implications of all these massive selloffs by executives

Am thinking it's one of two things:

1. They think the world market is going to nosedive and it'll be Black Friday 1929 all over again, or

2. They know they're going to get busted for insider trading soon, so they're doing it as much as they can, as fast as they can

If there's something else, do tell, I'm in the dark
