One does not just declassify ff’s. It is a tactic. It is done strategically. Military doctrine is to attack at the most inopportune time at the weakest point as hard as possible to be sure the enemy goes down and stays down. We wait until such is the case. We attack on our terms, not our enemies. (lb)
