Insiders dumping and someone still buying.

Who?

Mostly portfolio managers that know it's a bad idea.

Why?

Anons don't need this spelled out too graphically. But spread the absorbtion of the loss broadly. Then ensure managers get enough "hot tips" to keep their portfolios in the green while keeping Mr and Mrs 401k happy and none the wiser. It's a grease my dick; I'll grease yours world out there, frens. The market is for marketfags. Non marketfags should buy real estate, imho.

I do mean buy real estate in the "I've been a prudent anon and now have some extra cash to invest, what shall I do with it?" sort of way. And yes, you can lose your ass in an inflated market. That's why I think the prudent anon studies growth patterns and buys cheap land for long-term holding in areas likely so see development in the future as an opening foray.

Because, as the Realtor creed goes, "under all is the land." And worse come to worse, you've got land. Things go to hell you can buy yourself a trailer and dig a well. kek
