The only one that was named specifically for likely black-listing from the US market was HIKVISION (pronounced Hike-Vision). Hikvision and Dahua manufacture for other brands, and combined account for roughly 60-70% of the US CCTV imports. Previously, Cotton and Rubio were pushing for this for their enabling human rights abuses. Now they've added privacy violations and the word spying has been thrown around.
