fuckin tech school lol, im a contractorfag and I would hire anyone with a can do attitude that shows up on time….. training is easy and you can get paid while you learn. You are preaching this whole sheep concept yet you can't get in line fast enough and the ol' institution. If you want to be somebody else anon, change your mind.

Oh were doing it out here buddy! I put a few of them to work last year, was patient with their attitudes, taught them some things, created a meaningful team oriented environment, and next thing you know they had some money in their pockets…. and smiles on their faces. The ethic is there, just needs a little patience…. :)
