While their children remember their altars and their Asherim poles, beside every green tree and on the high hills,

A people that provoke me to anger continually to my face; that sacrifice in gardens, and burn incense upon altars of brick;

And you shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

You have taken up the tabernacle of Molek and the star of your god Rephan, the idols you made to worship. Therefore I will send you into exile' beyond Babylon.

And I will pluck up your groves out of the midst of You: so will I destroy your cities.

Even so, there is some good in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles throughout the land, and you have committed yourself to seeking God.
