Seems these guys have been around for some time. Now when we take a look at some of the worst places in the country, it seems to be the traditional stomping grounds of the old mob families, NY, Minn, Chicago, LA, Miami. Seems rather coincidental doesn't it? Seems they went, "legit," but kept their old methods around as well.
