Something very fishy about Baltimore City Govt. server ransomware story… almonds indicating that this is bigger than simple ransomware, more akin to cover-up and destroy evidence. B-more is dumping ground for DC, has been for 100 years or more. Me thinks that the new mayor was about to shine a light across years of corruption - and (((they))) wouldn't abide. So, encrypt and delete everything…
