Here's a sample speech for any Congressmen happening to visit this board.

The reason I came to Congress is because I am a problem solver. As I looked around my neighborhood, my workplace, my recreational venues, I saw problems that could be solved. And, I wanted to be a part of that solution. As I looked at the two major parties, I saw they had the same goal, the goal to improve our quality of life, but that they approached that goal from two different perspectives. Both perspectives are valid and noble, but just different. I chose this party because I felt my skills and abilities could shine here. But now that I have been here for xxxxx amount of time with only xxxxx amount of time left in my term, I realize I haven’t had the opportunity to affect any change or solve any problems. None of us have. And, that’s because the leadership of the majority party has squandered our valuable time and resources on a goal that doesn’t align with the perspective of either party. I have to wonder if the leadership of the majority party has a hidden agenda, one they are not sharing with us, and one that has relegated us to the level of slaves. I for one am not happy about this. I for one do not want to be a slave to a hidden agenda. And I for one am speaking out against it. I encourage all my fellows here in this great hall to do some soul searching. Why did you come here? Have you fulfilled your goal? And, what can we do to get back on track with the short time we have left.
