no not rent faggot. guess you dont pay escrow and pay taxes out quarterly or annually - must be nice to have that kinda money laying around? you know escrow where you pay the lender who distributes to the tax authorities when due? anyways as i was saying my property taxes have gone up $350 a month moar in 3 years (paying $4200 moar a year in property taxes). all because local city council, politicians and idiot voters suck kok.
no thank GOD not in cali. smallish almost west texas city (around 100k people). think youd be shocked if you went around your city asking people if they know what a bond really is. people are stupid and just see a school bond, new park or whatever as free money and not actual bond to debit that theyll be paying for in property taxes. city politicians are getting out of control and the public is letting them.
