things Q might be able to do on his end

>to help raise the P popularity

  1. get 1 congressman to introduce legislation to take pot off class 1 narcotic category

  2. declassify Benghazi, 911, Reagan shooting, JFK fully - NO RETRACTIONS

  3. turn on the white house petition site so we can gang up on petition after petition to get them to 100,000 so they have to be addressed
