So correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the newly revealed charges against Assange make the prospect of his extradition to the US more unlikely? The UK can't extradite someone who will face life in prison, and the prospect of the death penalty, or torture in some CIA black site, right?

All I know now is, if Assange enters American custody, or gets disappeared/muzzled in any other fashion, I will firmly consider the US to be the most evil nation on Earth, and a tyrant nation that must be stopped by any force and means necessary.
