This video-clip is one of many examples I see on Fox, all day every day. And Sean Hannity and Sara Carter are just as guilty.

Their delivery is full of double negatives, mis-directs and extraneous details (what's Comey's height got to do with anything?!). They try to make it APPEAR like they're reading the news when in fact they are just trying to confuse.
