Trump appointed Coats to give the DS illusion they had another layer of safety / control in place. Coats was comped and would LEAK to the DS anything he was forced to DECLAS so they could mobilize MSM damage control.
Now that the real damaging stuff is going to come out:
1) Barr = distance for POTUS
2) Barr won't stall
3) Barr won't LEAK to DS/MSM
