I think P is on DT's side. I think she's being used as a buffer to prevent the D's from running amock. She's controlling the & keeping things in check until the hammer drops.

In the past, Potus said that he liked P and that he felt she was a good person. That she was put in a bad position.. or something along those things. I've thought this for a while but am becoming more certain of it.
