Theyre referring to having all of the google drafts backed up somewhere. These people would create gmail accts and save instructions, and the worst of the worst stuff in draft folders. Theyd then just hand out their password to associates and access the draft folder. This way nothing was sent from the google server and protected. The impression we have been given is that they werent able to delete the backed up data before D5 took office. We have covered this and if i remember right it was backed up in Hawaii.
