i can't find the info i'm looking for re: the standard declas process, so i'm kind of taking a stab in the dark. coats may be a double agent and would have given aid to traitors at a critical time or somehow blocked/subverted the declas process.

yeah, but so does AG Barr's. that by itself isn't enough for me to mentally convict someone. especially since going into his first term, let's be honest, they are all fucking swamp.
