not true.. these rights are preserved in Canadian law but just like yours they must be discovered and claimed. Otherwise you're considered a statutory entity subject to all their bullshit

Common Law rights are already preserved and accessed through your constitution
However, you must understand the legaleze language the courts use to try and keep you out of the Common Law side of the law.
