In response to Anon consternation over Q's use of the word "creating" instead of "causing":
Can't find the sauce for it, but this was a very creative and vivid word-choice, plus a nod to Britain and it's slang.
"Creating" means causing a scene, acting up, as in
"Quit "creating," Teresa, you childish drama queen."
Made me laugh, thinking of Brennan, Comey, Clapper, etc all "creating" with each other. kek
Throw Mike and VJ in the mix, too. more keks

Creates intended?
Proper just sounds odd would expect causes

Noticed that too, anon.
Awkward wording from Q usually means something.
