So i was thinking about why they would charge JA in america. We want him to testify here and defend himself against count. So in order for him to defend himself properly will need to see the evidence they have on him. He will have to be given a opportunity to enter his defense and the evidence he has against each count. Seem like he is going to be given a huge stage to drop some major booms from. And if the good guys are prosecuting him, and he is a good guy, then they should be reading from the same script.
