Comey, Brennan, Clapper Used 'The Hammer' To Spy On Trump, Judges, Americans
Whistleblower and former CIA/NSA contractor Dennis Montgomery filed a federal lawsuit [Dennis Montgomery, et. al, vs. James Comey, et.al.] against former President Barack Obama, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI director James Comey, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, the NSA, the CIA and other former and current government officials in 2015.
The suit claims that the defendants failed to investigate Montgomery’s whistleblower reports of illegal surveillance on Donald Trump and millions of other Americans, using a program named "The Hammer".
The Hammer intrusively spies on the American people and collects massive amounts of surveillance data for “leverage” and “blackmail.” Audio recordings released in 2015 by United States District Court Judge G. Murray Snow in Maricopa County, assert the plaintiffs attempted to gather compromising data on millions of Americans and 159 U.S. judges, including Article III federal judges, the head of the FISA court Judge Reggie Walton, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court John Roberts.
Trump, Family, Businesses Were a Targets of FBI Spying For Years
Montgomery alleges that the U.S. government wiretapped 17 Trump businesses including Trump Tower, Trump leasing programs, Donald Trump himself and various Trump family members. All were wiretapped under the Obama administration. There has been a wiretap on Trump for years, according to Montgomery.

Comey Knew
In August 2015, Montgomery turned over to FBI General Counsel James Baker, who represented the office of FBI Director Comey, physical evidence, in the form of 47 computer hard drives containing 600 million pages of documents.
FBI Director Jim Comey took Montgomery’s evidence and buried it.
Montgomery maintains that the data on the hard drives prove the existence of THE HAMMER and prove that Brennan and Clapper engaged in illegal domestic surveillance, despite the existence of safeguards that were already in place.
The March 2017 WikiLeaks CIA Vault 7 document dump also confirms the name of the system as THE HAMMER (HAMR).
