So, are we talking 5/27 at 15:30 hours?
minute hand = 5 = month = May
date = 27
hour hand = 3 or 15 minutes, translate that to hour
second hand at 6 or thirty seconds, translate that to minutes past hour.
Look at it however you want, cause we don't get a manual on how to interpret these images.
