An anon replicated that yesterday. I don't recall the full explanation, but it involves having two different machines. It's not even programmatic … just twitchy fingers. Yesterday, also, a baker figured out how to beat it most of the time. But baking is involved enough already and the technique … whatever it is … doesn't seem to have made the rounds yet.

If "top US allies" are taking part in a coup, I don't think he is defining "ally" quite the same as I do.

You can be my best friend for years, but try to kill me once …

The hardest part of this election is likely to be the fact that Conservatives are muzzled. We have NO reliable MSM presence and we are increasingly censored off social media. I DO think that the Declass will be a huge help … but will it be enough and in time? While we are celebrating Barr being authorized to do it, the IC is lining up against him as are the media and all the Dems & RINOs.

I got mail from the NC GOP today and they won a case allowing them to prevent a Dem from running as a Republican this time. But we can only afford to defend that right of association "X" amount of times. Each time some novel twist is devised, we have to go back to court all over again.

Well, put up a new flag today. No family within 500 miles. Wife in NYC. Siblings and Mom in GA. Sons and grands in MN. Dad, a vet, buried in Michigan. Only living personal friend in Perth, Australia (sent her money to take her 8 yo son to see Avengers 4).

So, you guys are "it".

Enjoy your weekend and remember what it took to give you this day of burgers and reflection.

I like what Chick-fil-a did a year or so ago. They set an empty place setting with symbolic roses and salt and such and a note explaining the reason for each.

No matter what your feelings about the politics of war, you've got to agree that those who served in our wars did so from the motive of loving their countrymen. A lot of them never saw home again and were even buried, if they were buried at all, in the cold clay of foreign soil. Some of them died captive and alone long after the treaties were signed. Some were executed just to tidy up the paperwork … their bodies fed to fish or swine.

They paid a hell of a price so we could have our picnics in peace and know the love of our children.

Spend a few moments reflecting on that … and then go have fun … it's prepaid.
