What if the Earth isn't flat at all, but it's not a globe either. What if it's only half a globe because we never get to see the dark side, even in iss they shut the feed off. The entire half globe is mounted to a pole of an orrery and the rest of the planets are too. We are simply germs and bacteria from a greasy thumbprint left behind from an unfathomably large alien who created this orrery?
If you think about it, we really don't belong on this planet. We don't fit in with any other species, we destroy everything we come in contact with and recreate it in our own image, we tear down forests and create cities. We move into an area, spread out and deplete all of it's resources. We forsake everything natural - trees, swamps, creeks, rivers, we dig up, dam up, re-route and drain everything that create our own environment. No other species on the planet has ever done that. We don't fit in or mesh with anything else here. No other life form has ever developed even a hint of technology… we have broken the space barrier. Of all the life forms on Earth, we most closely relate to a virus, than anything else.
I agree with you, at least I'm hanging on still. My question is… If all these children have been rescued, where are they? Why hasn't anyone reported finding their lost child? Not one.
