Absentee votes are always outstanding on election night

When the margin of votes between the two candidates on election night from the polling places is greater than the number of outstanding absentee ballots, then the race is not called and it goes to the absentee ballots

They won't be counted tomorrow either. It usually takes a few days for all the ballots to arrive at BOE. Usually they have to be postmarked on the day of the election, so they could theoretically get there 2 or 3 days after tomorrow
